Educational seminar on the implementation of the Competition code for outdoor advertising entrepreneurs held.

An educational seminar on the new concepts, principles, and regulatory updates introduced in the Competition Code was held for entrepreneurs operating in the outdoor advertising sector. The event was jointly organized by the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy and the State Advertising Agency of Azerbaijan (ADRA). The seminar, attended by nearly 50 participants, aimed to inform market players about competition-related requirements, state control mechanisms established under the new legislation, and unfair competition practices.

Modern challenges in the advertising market, business activities, and opportunities discussed.

On July 22, a public discussion on "Innovations and Challenges in the Advertising Market" was organized with the support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the State Advertising Agency of Azerbaijan (ADRA), and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers') Organizations of Azerbaijan. The event was initiated by the Public Council under KOBİA. The discussion was attended by representatives of relevant government agencies, as well as nearly 80 participants from business associations and advertising companies.

A meeting with outdoor advertising operators has been held at ADRA.

The Chairman of the Board of ADRA, Farhad Adigozelov, held the next meeting with representatives of companies engaged in outdoor advertising. During the meeting, the current situation in the outdoor advertising sector was discussed, including the removal of advertising structures in the capital and regions that do not meet safety standards, as well as efforts to address some shortcomings in the aesthetic appearance of the displayed advertisements.
